Our story...

StudentMAX® was originally developed to centralize clinical placement coordination for student nurses within Oregon and Southwest Washington. Healthcare leaders from the region’s hospitals and schools found the placement process at the time to be cumbersome, time-consuming, and redundant.

StudentMAX® has taken that cumbersome, time-consuming process of seeking clinical placement opportunities for students and streamlined it to be efficient, timely and collaborative for schools and healthcare facilities. 

While StudentMAX® clients throughout the United States report enhanced efficiency in coordination, several have also reported an increase in student capacity, including Oregon, which has achieved its mission of increasing regional nursing enrollment by 100% within the last 2 years.

Since its inception in 2003, the StudentMAX® online clinical coordination tool has demonstrated a proven ability to increase placement capacity in addition to saving valuable time and resources for schools and clinical facilities.  A key component of this enhanced process is a unique creation of partnerships between college educators and healthcare professionals.
