It is well known that there will be a critical demand for nurses throughout the United States over the next 15 years. In Oregon alone, the demand will exceed 15,000. Many states, including Oregon, are expanding nursing programs to increase enrollment and numbers of graduates. But even with innovative clinical models, we are still faced with the daunting task of finding clinical placements.
